We design the experience of a place.

An independent studio shaping architecture and interiors with a hospitality sensibility — from how a space is arrived at, to how it is lived in.

01 — The Practice
Who we are

TED Design Studio is an independent architecture and interior design practice — built on a belief in timeless, elegant design.

The studio is led by a licensed Filipino architect and interior designer with over twenty years of practice — including fourteen years working across Singapore, Saudi Arabia, and China on hotels, resorts, and residences for international brands.

That background shapes how we work: with an eye for atmosphere and materiality, and the discipline to carry a project from concept through construction. We take on a small number of projects so that each one receives the attention the detail demands.

02 — What we do

A single studio
across the whole arc of a project.

A

Architecture

Form, structure, and the way a building meets its site, its climate, and the people who move through it.

B

Interior Design

Material, light, and detail — interiors composed to feel considered from the threshold to the smallest fitting.

C

Hospitality Design

Hotels and resorts designed around arrival, gathering, and rest — the sequences that define a guest's stay.

D

Project & Construction Management

Drawings become buildings. We see the work through delivery, holding the design intent to the final detail.

03 — Selected work

Recent projects, in detail.

Casa Soriano — street view
Residential

Casa Soriano

Silang, Cavite · Completed 2026

A two-storey family home where warm oak millwork and layered light do the quiet work. An open kitchen, dining, and living core anchors the ground floor — a backlit shelving wall, a timber-lined ceiling, and a stone-topped island — while the bedrooms above stay calm in deep teal and blue. Considered, unhurried, made to last.

Da Guan Wu Ji — arrival lobby
Residential · Amenities

Da Guan Wu Ji

Hsinchu, Taiwan · International

Shared amenity interiors for a luxury residential development. A double-height arrival lobby is crowned by a cascading installation of glass globes above a sculptural timber bench and stone-clad walls; lounges open onto landscaped courtyards, a sky lounge frames panoramic city and mountain views beneath a warm timber ceiling, and an indoor lap pool is wrapped in living green walls — atmosphere at the scale of a building.

Grand Park City Hall — guest room
Hospitality · Interior Renovation

Grand Park City Hall

Singapore · International

A full interior renovation of a Singapore hotel. Crisp cornices and panelling meet black-framed glazing, encaustic-pattern floors, and art that tells a local story — shophouse façades, the Marina Bay skyline, a red-dress illustration wrapping the lift car. From Club rooms and suites to the Crystal Club Lounge, a refreshed identity that feels contemporary yet grounded in its place.

Grand Park Maldives — overwater villa at sunset
Hospitality · Resort Interiors

Grand Park Maldives

Maldives · International

Interior design for an island resort of overwater and beach villas. Carved timber, raffia and woven art, rope-hung shelving and driftwood tables give each villa a crafted, hand-made warmth, while open-air bathrooms and decks dissolve into the Indian Ocean. Across villas, restaurant, beach bar, and fitness pavilion — relaxed luxury grounded in craft and a strong sense of place.

Khem Beach Resort — beachfront villa bedroom
Hospitality · Resort Interiors

Khem Beach Resort

Khem Beach, Vietnam · International

Interior design for a beachfront resort at Khem Beach, Vietnam. A bright, playful coastal language — turquoise and coral, rattan and cane, terrazzo and woven wall art — set beneath gabled villa ceilings that open wide to the sea. Colour used with confidence, balanced by natural materials and craft.
